These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of UserFeedbackHub.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service description

UserFeedbackHub provides tooling for collecting and managing in-app feedback, including SDK endpoints, dashboards, and related features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service.
  • Upload malicious code or unauthorized data.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse service endpoints beyond permitted use.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the service.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

  • Charges are recurring unless canceled.
  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or at renewal depending on billing settings.
  • You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Non-payment may result in downgrade, suspension, or termination.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or abuse prevention.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UserFeedbackHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UserFeedbackHub from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the service operator jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.
